Aimable TWAGIRAYEZU, PAFO’s new Programme Officer

PAFO is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Aimable TWAGIRAYEZU as its new Program Officer.

Aimable TWAGIRAYEZU, Rwandese, 38 years is new Programs Officer of Pan-African Farmers organization (PAFO). He is a holder of Master of Business administration, with specialization in project management. Before join PAFO, he worked as the project manager and acting as the Country representative of Global Civic Sharing (International non-governmental organization, south korean based) whose focus was agriculture.
He has total 11 years in international development with practical experiences with programs design and management, human resources and financial management as far as resource mobilization and monitoring and evaluation is concerned among others.
In addition, he served as the African Continent correspondent for 2 years under the Korea-Africa foundation. He chaired various local and national positions such as Deputy chair of Rwanda Community Libraries Forum, president of Kamonyi District joint action development forum to name but a few.
He is a dedicated professional in community development, management and administration. He is looking forward to bring his expertise and experiences towards African agricultural development.
