PAFO is seeking a strategy consulting firm to develop its next five-year strategic plan (2026-2030) and a two-year action plan (2026-2027).
Scope of Work
The selected firm will:
- Evaluate the 2021-2025 strategic plan.
- Conduct an environmental analysis to assess future needs.
- Facilitate strategic workshops at regional and continental levels.
- Develop a five-year strategy for PAFO’s growth.
- Design a two-year action plan with clear impact metrics.
Who Can Apply?
Consulting firms with expertise in strategy development, international project management, and institutional growth—especially those experienced with African farmers’ organizations. Fluency in English and/or French is required.
