The Pan-African Farmers’ Organization (PAFO) in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is thrilled to officially announce the selected mentors and mentees for the 2025 edition of the PAFO–FAO Mentorship Program!
This program is a strategic initiative designed to empower young farmers, agripreneurs, and rural changemakers by connecting them with experienced leaders across the continent. Together, they will exchange knowledge, develop practical skills, and co-create solutions to strengthen Africa’s agricultural systems.

Starting in May 2025, the mentorship cycle will run for six months, featuring:
- Monthly 1-on-1 sessions between mentors and mentees
- Thematic workshops
- Networking forums
- Project support and technical guidance
- A final showcase of mentee progress and success stories
This initiative reflects PAFO and FAO’s shared commitment to strengthening youth leadership, rural innovation, and farmer-to-farmer learning across the continent.
